The clamp sensor is a safety device that immediately raises the clamp gauge when four sets of sensors installed below the clamp gauge detect fingers or foreign matter other than the work. You can avoid accidents that you accidentally pinch your fingers or foreign matter placed on the work. By installing the clamp sensor, you can adjust the cutting position with peace of mind.

When the clamp operation is in a wide range, the upper and lower sensors work together to detect foreign matter.
・When the workpieces are piled up (Many)
In a narrow clamp range, only the upper sensor works and detects foreign matter.
It is now possible to avoid a clamp accident at the time of the day, which was difficult to prevent by any means, without touching the clamp. In the case of conventional soft clamps, even though the clamps are soft, the clamps were supposed to pinch a finger or the like, so even if the degree of injury decreased, the operator met with pain. On the other hand, by introducing a clamp sensor, the clamp rises before it hits the finger, so the finger is not even scratched. In addition, even if the work has waviness, curls, swelling of saddle stitch, etc., it can be handled by setting the sensitivity adjustment on the panel. Furthermore, it is possible to set the clamp operating speed in case of register in two steps on the panel.
